Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
✔️ First time late cancellation or missed appointment will be charged 50% of the treatment amount.
✔️ Second time late cancellation or missed appointment will be charged full amount of the treatment amount.
✔️ Third time late cancellation or missed appointment will require prepayment before appointment.
All late cancellation or missed appointments will be charged from the card on file.

When clinically appropriate, your treatment may include techniques such as cupping therapy, joint mobilization, trigger point therapy, stretching, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM/Graston), and myofascial techniques. These are included as part of your treatment when indicated and are not billed separately unless otherwise stated.
Yes. After your treatment, you will receive an official receipt from a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) that can be submitted to your extended health insurance provider for reimbursement, according to your plan.
Direct billing is available for Veterans, RCMP, and Canadian Armed Forces members through eligible Blue Cross plans. Please contact the clinic if you have questions about your coverage.
No. A doctor's referral is not required to book an appointment. However, some insurance plans may require one for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider.
If you're unsure, 60 minutes is the most popular option and is suitable for most conditions. Longer appointments are recommended for multiple areas of concern or more complex treatment plans.
